Rina, Employment Counsellor
Rina has been an Employment Counsellor at JVS Toronto since 2019, providing individualized guidance and support to job seekers from diverse backgrounds. With a Master’s in Education and a background in teaching, she brings expertise in coaching, assessment, and career mapping. Rina helps clients clarify their career goals, identify transferable skills, and build effective job search strategies, including resume development, interview preparation, and networking. Her approach is rooted in empowerment and collaboration, helping clients build confidence, overcome employment barriers, and achieve meaningful, sustainable employment. When she’s not working with clients, Rina enjoys exploring new hiking trails and spending time with family and friends.
